Donald Trump Is An International Law Breaker
By Colonel W. Patrick Lang

April 08, 2017 “Information Clearing House” – Donald Trump’s decision to launch cruise missile strikes on a Syrian Air Force Base was based on a lie. In the coming days the American people will learn that the Intelligence Community knew that Syria did not drop a military chemical weapon on innocent civilians in Idlib. Here is what happened:

The Russians briefed the United States on the proposed target. This is a process that started more than two months ago. There is a dedicated phone line that is being used to coordinate and deconflict (i.e., prevent US and Russian air assets from shooting at each other) the upcoming operation.
The United States was fully briefed on the fact that there was a target in Idlib that the Russians believes was a weapons/explosives depot for Islamic rebels.
The Syrian Air Force hit the target with conventional weapons. All involved expected to see a massive secondary explosion. That did not happen. Instead, smoke, chemical smoke, began billowing from the site. It turns out that the Islamic rebels used that site to store chemicals, not sarin, that were deadly. The chemicals included organic phosphates and chlorine and they followed the wind and killed civilians.
There was a strong wind blowing that day and the cloud was driven to a nearby village and caused casualties.
We know it was not sarin. How? Very simple. The so-called “first responders” handled the victims without gloves. If this had been sarin they would have died. Sarin on the skin will kill you. How do I know? I went through “Live Agent” training at Fort McClellan in Alabama.
There are members of the U.S. military who were aware this strike would occur and it was recorded. There is a film record. At least the Defense Intelligence Agency knows that this was not a chemical weapon attack. In fact, Syrian military chemical weapons were destroyed with the help of Russia.

This is Gulf of Tonkin 2. How ironic. Donald Trump correctly castigated George W. Bush for launching an unprovoked, unjustified attack on Iraq in 2003. Now we have President Donald Trump doing the same damn thing. Worse in fact. Because the intelligence community had information showing that there was no chemical weapon launched by the Syrian Air Force.

Here’s the good news. The Russians and Syrians were informed, or at least were aware, that the attack was coming. They were able to remove a large number of their assets. The base the United States hit was something of a backwater. Donald Trump gets to pretend that he is a tough guy. He is not. He is a fool.

This attack was violation of international law. Donald Trump authorized an unjustified attack on a sovereign country. What is even more disturbing is that people like Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis, CIA Director Mike Pompeo and NSA Director General McMaster went along with this charade. Front line troops know the truth. These facts will eventually come out. Donald Trump will most likely not finish his term as President. He will be impeached, I believe, once Congress is presented with irrefutable proof that he ignored and rejected intelligence that did not support the myth that Syria attacked with chemical weapons.

No Advertising – No Government Grants – This Is Independent Media
It should also alarm American taxpayers that we launched $100 million dollars of missiles to blow up sand and camel shit. The Russians were aware that a strike was coming. I’m hoping that they and the Syrians withdrew their forces and aircraft from the base. Whatever hope I had that Donald Trump would be a new kind of President, that hope is extinguished. He is a child and a moron. He committed an act of war without justification. But the fault is not his alone. Those who sit atop the NSC, the DOD, the CIA, the Department of State should have resigned in protest. They did not. They are complicit in a war crime.

He was trained and educated as a specialist in the Middle East by the U.S. Army and served in that region for many year. http://turcopolier.typepad.com/

The Chickens Have Come Home to Roost
By Judge Andrew P. Napolitano

Last week, The Wall Street Journal revealed that members of the intelligence community — part of the deep state, the unseen government within the government that does not change with elections — now have acquired so much data on everyone in America that they can selectively reveal it to reward their friends and harm their foes. Their principal foe today is the president of the United States.

Liberty is rarely lost overnight. The wall of tyranny often begins with benign building blocks of safety — each one lying on top of a predecessor — eventually collectively constituting an impediment to the exercise of free choices by free people, often not even recognized until it is too late.

Here is the back story.

In the pre-Revolutionary era, British courts in London secretly issued general warrants to British government agents in America. The warrants were not based on any probable cause of crime or individual articulable suspicion; they did not name the person or thing to be seized or identify the place to be searched. They authorized agents to search where they wished and seize what they found.

The use of general warrants was so offensive to our Colonial ancestors that it whipped up more serious opposition to British rule and support for the revolutionaries than the “no taxation without representation” argument did. And when it came time for Americans to write the Constitution, they prohibited general warrants in the Fourth Amendment, the whole purpose of which was to guarantee the right to be left alone by forcing the government to focus on bad guys and prohibit it from engaging in fishing expeditions. But the fishing expeditions would come.

In 1978, Congress passed the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which was intended to rein in the government spying on Americans that had been unleashed by the Nixon administration. FISA established a secret court and permitted it to issue warrants authorizing spying on agents of foreign governments when physically present in the United States.

People born in foreign countries who are here for benevolent or benign or even evil purposes have the same constitutional protections as those of us born here. That’s because the critical parts of the Constitution that insulate human freedom from the government’s reach protect “persons,” not just citizens. But FISA ignored that.

And FISA was easy for the government to justify. It was a pullback from Richard Nixon’s lawlessness. It required the feds to seek a warrant from federal judges. The targets were not Americans. Never mind, the argument went, that FISA has no requirement of showing any probable cause of crime or even articulable suspicion on the part of the foreign target; this will keep us safe. Besides, the government insisted, it can’t be used against Americans.

That argument was bought by presidents, members of Congress and nearly all federal courts that examined it. We don’t know whether the authors of this scheme really wanted federal spies to be able to spy on anyone at will, but that is where we are today. Through secret courts whose judges cannot keep records of their own decisions and secret permissions by select committees of Congress whose members cannot tell their constituents or other members of Congress what they have learned in secret, FISA has morphed so as to authorize spying down a slippery slope of targets, from foreign agents to all foreigners to anyone who communicates with foreigners to anyone capable of communicating with them.

The surveillance state regime today permits America’s 60,000 military and civilian domestic spies to access in real time all the landline and mobile telephone calls and all the desktop and mobile device keystrokes and all the digital data created and used by anyone in the United States. The targets today are not just ordinary Americans; they are justices on the Supreme Court, military brass in the Pentagon, agents in the FBI, local police in cities and towns, and the man in the Oval Office.

The British system that arguably impelled our secession in 1776 is now here on steroids.

Enter the outsider as president. Donald Trump has condemned the spying and leaking, as he is a victim of it. While he was president-elect, the spies told him they knew of his alleged misbehaviors — vehemently denied — in a Moscow hotel room. Last week, his White House staff was shaken by what the spies did with what they learned from a former Trump aide.

Trump’s former national security adviser, retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, himself a former military spy, spoke to the Russian ambassador to the United States in December via telephone in Trump Tower. It was a benign conversation. He knew it was being monitored, as he is a former monitor of such communications. But he mistakenly thought that those who were monitoring him were patriots as he is. They were not.

They violated federal law by revealing in part what Flynn had said, and they did so in a manner to embarrass and infuriate Trump.

Why would they do this? Perhaps because they feared Flynn’s being in the White House, since he knows the power and depth of the deep state. Perhaps to send a message to Trump because he once compared American spies to Nazis. Perhaps because they believe that their judgment of the foreign dangers America faces is superior to the president’s. Perhaps because they hate and fear the outsider in the White House.

The chickens have come home to roost. In our misguided efforts to keep the country safe, we have neglected to keep it free. We have enabled a deep state to become powerful enough to control a powerful president. We have placed so much data and so much power in the hands of unelected, unaccountable, opaque spies that they can use it as they see fit — even to the point of committing federal felonies. Now some have boasted that they can manipulate and thus control the president of the United States by selectively revealing and concealing what they know about anyone, including the president himself.

This is a perilous state of affairs, brought about by the maniacal passion for surveillance spawned under George W. Bush and perfected under Barack Obama — all with utter indifference to the widespread constitutional violations and permanent destruction of personal liberties. This is not the government the Framers gave us. But it is one far more dangerous to human freedom than the one from which they seceded in 1776.

Strong Advice for Trump Administration

Here are a few of the steps (in no particular order) that Trump should immediately take to regain the initiative, set his enemies back on their heels, and buy the time that is desperately needed to jump-start the second American revolution:

Empower the FBI. Trump should instruct Attorney General Sessions to clear out the dead wood at the Department of Justice. FBI Director James Comey and his deputy Andrew McCabe have a history of blocking and/or slow-footing investigations. They must go. Their replacements should be drawn from within the agency, ambitious young men with hunger in their eyes and fire in the belly. Unleash the idealistic young investigators!

Release the 650,000 emails. I am referring to the mother lode found on former congressman Anthony Weiner’s server. We are very lucky this electronic paper trail exists! Last November, NYPD chief detective Robert K. Boyce, who has seen the emails, told the press they contain evidence linking Hillary Clinton and her associates to money laundering, child exploitation, sex crimes with minors, perjury, pay to play, obstruction of justice and other crimes.[8] Apparently, the key piece of evidence is a list of secret donors to the Clinton Foundation. Everything we have learned to date indicates the foundation was a private investors’ club for the purpose of overthrowing and looting third world nations. All Trump needs to do is to let the sun shine in, then step aside and allow the system to serve up the impartial wrath of justice. And woe to the guilty!

Audit the Fed. Trump supporters should move quickly to guide legislation through Congress requiring an audit of the Federal Reserve. Given a Republican majority in both houses, the bill should pass easily. If the Fed refuses to admit auditors (and it will), Trump should send in US marshals and nationalize the bank. A subsequent honest audit will expose the Fed’s many crimes against the American people. A reorganized and possibly renamed Fed should be made to serve Main Street, not Wall Street.

Get control at the CIA and NSA. This is critical. Trump’s newly appointed directors must take a firm hand in identifying and prosecuting leakers in both agencies while supporting whistleblowers who have exposed illegal activities. Trump should also give the order to fire all neoconservatives, and their ilk. Ultimately, Trump will need to dismantle the CIA and the most objectionable parts of the NSA surveillance regime.

Break up the media conglomerates. Paul Craig Roberts has suggested that Trump use anti-trust law to accomplish this and I agree. The US corporate media has long since abandoned its original function, which is to inform the citizenry, and unfortunately has become an instrument for fake news and propaganda. Press diversity must be restored.

Trump Is Showing How the Deep State Really Works

I.S.S. livefeed switcheroo after 6 UFOs appeared

Did this really happen – what are the facts?!   Recently, the International Space Station livefeed video was cut, i.e. it was “suspiciously” switched from one camera angle to a different one (to show the inside of a briefing room).  And theorists claim this switcheroo was done as a coverup, after six UFO’s appeared in the scene.

Drudgereport.com, the popular news aggregator, selected this Sci-Fi-ish story for massive attention.  Clicking on the link takes you to Mirror.co.uk, the British media site.   Their general info states this:  “Do aliens exist? You can see for yourself with all the latest UFO news including sightings with pictures and videos. The truth is out there!”  That’s an interesting hook, but we’ve been doing serious scientific inquiry into the matter for a long time.  Let’s get into the news item, so you can learn from our unique approach.

We already can follow the trail from Drudge to Mirror, but who posted the video which Mirror spotlighted?  That was a youtube channel by the name of Secureteam10.  Where did they get the video?  That was from the NASA government website.

The video may or may not have been retouched, edited, by the first or the second or the third parties.  We do not recommend that you take any time to watch it.  Because it could be misleading, due to the questionable nature of its condition and authenticity.

What we do suggest as the proper route to take when dealing with this “news”:  think rationally and make a coherent assessment.  The logical conclusion is that somebody is attempting to make you/us think that there are UFO’s, a.k.a. alien beings, interfering with human space engineering.  This is also predicated upon the quite fundamental assumption that, there is such a thing as “human space activity”!  Does any outsider know for certain that it exists?  In other words, whoever was originally purveying this unverifiable (so-called LIVEFEED) video footage, wants to cause the belief that there is indeed a space program worthy of interfering-with by alien beings in UFO’s which actually exist.  So they intend to kill two birds with one stone.

Perhaps that was too much for some of the newbies.  Let’s rewind because we don’t want to depend upon our “assumption-exposing”.  We do know that Drudge and Mirror and Secureteam10 are all showing a strong interest in this topic.  Also EnternetGlobal could be included in that category, because we are here talking about it!

However, all parties who show interest may have different reasons for taking interest.  Some may have ulterior motives.  Speaking for the motives and modus operandi of EnternetGlobal, we want everybody to think better, so our lives are better.  We seek Truth.  This could be an altruistic pursuit.  But we do not rest on those laurels, we still will always encourage the independent, free thinking of the visitors to our website and its contents.  Use your independent free minds to do real thinking and figure things out.  Do not ever take our word for it!  Don’t take anything for granted.

What we mean by the logical conclusion about this news item, is that not much can be proven by the evidence and circumstantial story.  First of all, what appears on video as UFO’s could be one of many things, not the least of which could be lens flare, but also retouched/added special effects.  We live in an Era of computer graphic animation technology, a CGI augmented reality (which is no longer real anymore).  Therefore, video proves nothing.  The only fact which is proven is that there seems to be a video to watch, but whether or not that was something documented from the real world is an unanswerable question.  Only if you were there to watch it with your own eyes, as an eye witness.

The other very suggestive aspect of the news story was that it stated, the livefeed was “cut” and redirected to another camera angle.  The immediate question should be asked, “how often do the camera angles switch on a regular basis?”  For example, with CCTV security feeds, the multiple camera angles are on a rotation of viewing.  Therefore, the implication of the cover-up could just be something for added-affect to the senationalized story!

What do you think?  Feel free to post a comment.

President Trump “press conference” as reported by EnternetGlobal NOWS

‘”This is the nows”‘ EnternetGlobal will give you some important highlights from the recent President Trump “press conference”.  It would seem to be a continuing struggle between the relatively-new Administration and the Mainstream Media (MSM), although President Trump has been stating emphatically that he wants to foster a better relationship with the press corp et. alii.  It should be borne in mind, it takes two to tango.

Nonetheless, anybody with a thinking mind and rational cognition, will understand that there were salient points throughout this lengthy one-hour-and-fifteen-minute public briefing.

President Trump stated that, “It would be great if we had a good relationship with Russia”.  and “That would be a good thing”.  Just to be clear that the official policy is that: the U.S.A. would benefit from a harmonious and diplomatic connection with Russia.  President Trump also declared,  “Russia is a ruse”, referring to the negative spin on Russians, Prime Minister Putin, and international relations.   Logically, some would agree and some would disagree.  Perhaps we should take a “political poll”.  We are going to examine both sides and the centrist position which is more neutral on the issue.

He slammed several of the large, corporate networks who were attending the event.  They are the ones (of the Establisment MSM) who Trump and his Administration are exposing as dishonest and fake news purveyors.  With one network immediately following-up on the defensive and reactionary position by stating that it was a “wild” and unprecendented press conference!  Whether or not it is true that these career-liars are causing the whole problem, is a matter of opinion.  However we do happen to know after exhaustive observation, yet we must remain un-biased in our stance.  After all, this is the resurrection of objective journalism.

to be con’t.
