U.S. Federal Reserve Note aka One Dollar Bill has Hidden Owl?

There is some interest in the imagery of the U.S. Federal Reserve Note aka One Dollar Bill.  Does it contain a Hidden Owl?  Have you ever found this Owl within the illustrated design?  It is supposedly “perched” in the corner, above the numeral “One”.

Some observe that it is another type of animal, namely a Hidden Spider.  There reason that it could be a spider is its proximity to what appears to be the “spider’s web” type of pattern in the design.  It may be similar to some sort of spider’s web or as easily, it could be compared with fabric or netting.  What do you see in it??

If it is there, what would be the reason for adding this owl item to the official, Federal, fiat money?  EnternetGlobal has been researching the hidden aspects of the government and this is one of those things.  It is a conspiracy theory, even if a relatively minor one.

There happens to be an excellent video on youtube by a defunct or non-active content-creator (TheDragonCourt), which analyzes the illustration via a professional graphics animation.  In the presentation, it becomes rather apparent that the so-called “owl” is merely a factor of similarity.   In other words, it may look similar to an owl, but it is actually a part of the repeating ornate design of the background of the illstration (background or edging or frill, however you decide to describe the parts of the design).
